TITLE OF POSITION: Station Manager/Barrow

SALARY LEVEL: DOE

REPORTS TO: Manager of Stations


This is a recruitment for a Station Manager located in Barrow, Alaska.
This position is a full time, benefit eligible position. Wage DOE. This
position will report to the President in all matters related to the conduct
and development of company business at the Barrow station.

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

1. Minimum five years supervisory experience, preferably in the airline
industry.
2. High School Diploma required; continuing certification classes with
emphasis in operational management strongly preferred.
3. Strong supervisory and problem solving skills. Ability to work
independently, adapting to fluctuating workloads and priorities.
4. Maintain a high standard for conscientious and courteous customer
service to internal and external customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
1. Administration of safe, productive and professional station operations.
2. Responsible for informing the maintenance department of any vehicle
and building needs - to include equipment and/or facility maintenance or
repairs, in a timely manner.
3. Oversight of station safety to include responsibility for daily ramp
safety inspections; hazard identifications; conducting monthly safety
meetings; investigating all accidents/incidents at the Barrow station,
maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees and customers.
4. Responsible for personnel management to include hiring, discipline
and termination; staff scheduling and vacation planning; completion of
training for assigned duties to include necessary recurrent training;
ensure employees are performing duties in a safe and efficient manner
that complies with company and regulatory policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or equivalent
Professional appearance and ability to interact well with customers in a
professional manner, dependable, reliable, accurate and well organized.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record,
Computer skills with previous airline experience preferred, will train.
Must be able to work all shifts, work flexible hours including overtime,
holidays and weekends. Lifting and working in inclement weather required
Able to tolerate odors and chemicals associated with aircraft operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately book reservations, write tickets, check in passengers who may
involve long period of standing, typing at keyboards, writing, and lifting
up to 75 lbs. from ticket counter onto bag belt. Make gate and boarding
announcements and functions (including meeting plans and escorting special
needs passengers) including diplomacy in dealing with customer complaints.
Close out flights, managing varied workloads. Operation of ground support
equipment, (including tugs, forklifts, push and pull carts), fueling of
aircraft and ground equipment, includes pushing and pulling large hoses and
bending, reaching, and stooping to achieve refueling. Loading and unloading of
aircraft which incorporates heavy lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing
and pulling, up to 150 lbs. With the use of forklifts and other equipment.
Routing & handling freight up to 150 lbs. safely and speedily.

TITLE OF POSITION: Bethel A&P Mechanic

LOCATION BETHEL: Bethel

REPORTS TO: Director of Maintenance

Ravn Alaska is recruiting for an A & P Mechanic in Bethel, Alaska. This is a
full time, benefit eligible position with flexible availability required.
Shifts may include weekends and holidays as needed. Wage DOE.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A & P License required. Cessna 207 experience
required. Ability to travel as needed to fulfill company business needs.
Must have own hand tools or be willing to procure those necessary to
perform the job. Must have a current Alaska Driver's License. Required
to life 75 pounds repeatedly. Job environment includes indoor and outdoor
work requiring individual to work in inclement weather. Constant bending,
twisting and stooping required. Sufficient hand and wrist dexterity with
accompanying strength to perform requirements of the position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires in-depth knowledge of Cessna 207. Working
under the supervision of the Maintenance Lead, will perform all aspects of
maintenance and repair on the Cessna 207 and 208 equipment. Must be able
to work within an environment with constant exposure to odors and chemicals
associated with aircraft operations. Other duties within the scope of this
role may be assigned as necessary and trained to perform.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma required. Knowledge of accounts payable functions.
Computer knowledge relevant and compatible with basic accounting functions.
Proficient in records management and filing. Minimum 2 years of general
accounting experience. Attention to detail required with exceptional
accuracy. Strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain
confidentiality, use sound judgment and demonstrate strong problem
solving skills. Must possess effective oral and written communication
skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Receive and review vendor invoices, internal check requests and employee
expense reports. Sort and match vendor invoices to purchase orders and
packing slips. Code vendor invoices, check requests and expense reports.
Obtain approval when necessary from appropriate personnel. Process
vendor invoices, check requests and expense reports by data entry
into accounting software. Prepare and process accounts payable checks.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Resolve invoice
discrepancies. Vendor and record file maintenance. Correspond with
vendors and respond to inquiries. Perform research as requested.
Other duties may be assigned that are appropriate within the scope of
this position.

This is a recruitment for a Data Entry Clerk. This position will be located
in Fairbanks working at the Ravn Alaska location within the Accounting
Department. This is a full time, benefit eligible position. Schedule is
Monday through Friday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required. Must be able to
type 35+ words per minute. Proficient with a 10-key. Attention to detail
required with exceptional accuracy. Highly dependable. Ability to maintain
confidentiality, use sound judgment and demonstrate strong problem solving
skills. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Receive and process data entry as instructed and trained
to perform. Data entered must be done with exceptional accuracy and with a
proficiency that maintains a productive environment conducive to teamwork
and timely processing of information. Other duties may be assigned that are
appropriate within the scope of this position.

REPORTS TO: Station Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum two years
experience with Sabre and customer service/interaction required. Working
knowledge of airline industry, specifically Era and Hageland operations
strongly preferred. Knowledge of Era cargo operations. Ability to multi-task,
professional appearance and demeanor at all times, strong written and oral
communication skills, exceptional attendance and punctuality all required.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, particularly in inclement weather.
Valid Alaska drivers license with clean driving record.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Timely and efficient passenger check in. Responsible
for boarding and deplaning of passengers at gates. Must handle difficult
situations efficiently and professionally, including weather delays, late
passengers, baggage complaints, and related issues. Respond to cargo
related issues as necessary. Create and finalize ticket sales in Sabre to
include accurate cash handling. Responsible for preparing daily sales
reports. Must be able to lift and/or maneuver up to 70 lbs; must be able
to lift up to 150 lbs with the use of forklift and equipment. Must be
tolerant of odors associated with the ramp, fuel and aircraft activities.
Professional phone etiquette, answering calls and making necessary calls to
customers/village agents. Must be able to operate tug, forklift, power cart,
fuel truck and de-ice vehicle. Other duties as assigned and appropriate
within the scope of this role will be required.

This is a recruitment for a Reservations Agent. This position will be
located in Anchorage. This is a full time, benefit eligible position.
Schedule to be determined. Candidate must be flexible - able to work
days/evenings/weekends/holidays.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required. Minimum one year
in a customer service focused environment with a strong emphasis on
customer satisfaction and safety.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for ensuring that every customer is
served in an efficient, thorough and courteous manner. Process customer
reservations according to established guidelines and requirements.
Number of reservations and/or customers handled should fall within
departmental standards. Answer all customer inquiries as qualified to do.
Forward any issues to appropriate supervisors as necessary. Partner
with other relevant departments/stations to maintain up to date
information regarding weather, closures, late departures and any
pertinent information effecting customers. Forward all customer
complaints to supervisor, escalating to appropriate supervisor as
necessary. Reservations Agents must cooperate with each other and
all related departments. Advise customers of any flight updates
within guidelines established. Display excellent phone etiquette
at all times, maintaining professionalism at all times. Pleasant,
helpful and friendly relations maintained at all times with the
public, fellow employees and other airline personnel.

This is a recruitment for Ramp Service Agents (3 positions). These positions will be
located in Fairbanks. They are full time, benefit eligible positions. Schedule to be
determined.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Detail oriented with the ability
to prioritize multiple tasks. Able to work with minimal supervision in a public setting
with multiple employees and distractions. Must possess a valid drivers license with a
proof of a good driving record.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for following all ramp procedures that contribute to
the overall safety of passengers, employees, Company and public property; safely
accomplishing the required work in a timely manner; projecting a professional image
at all times. Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times to
both internal and external customers. Personal Protective Equipment appropriate to
the job and existing conditions must be used by all RSAs. Follow all established rules
for safety and awareness in all areas.

This is a recruitment for a Ramp Service Agent. This position will be
located in Kenai. This is a full time, benefit eligible position with
schedule to be determined.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED. Detail oriented with the ability to
prioritize multiple tasks. Able to work with minimal supervision in a
public setting with multiple employees and distractions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Responsible for following all ramp procedures that contribute to the
overall safety of passengers, employees, Company and public property;
safely accomplishing the required work in a timely manner; projecting
a professional image at all times. Personal Protective Equipment
appropriate to the job and existing conditions must be used by all
RSA’s. Follow all established rules for safety and awareness in all
areas. Responsible for policing any customers as they move to/from
an aircraft and ensure that all passengers are kept from entering any
propeller arc area. Proficient with circle of safety concept and
follow the guidelines established.

TITLE OF POSITION: Stores Clerk/Anchorage

SALARY LEVEL: DOE

REPORTS TO: Supply Manager

This is a recruitment for a Stores Clerk. This position will be located
in Anchorage, reporting to the Supply Manager. This is a full time,
benefit eligible position. Schedule is night shift 8:00 p.m. to
6:30 a.m., with a training period beforehand of 30 days consisting of
a weekly schedule of 5/8 hour days. Wage DOE.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma required. Attention to detail required with
exceptional accuracy. Ability to use sound judgment and demonstrate
strong problem solving skills. Demonstrated working knowledge in MS
Office. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills.
Current Alaska Drivers License with proof of good driving record.
Previous knowledge or background in aviation preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Perform window duty, requiring distribution of requested parts by
mechanics. Issue inventory used, verifying remaining stock on hand.
Perform follow up on inbound AOG/HOT freight daily. Receive incoming
parts that are purchased, repaired, and/or returned to service.
Fill AOG parts requests, complete purchase orders and fax/email
vendors as required. Operate a forklift as needed (Era will provide
training). Must be able to handle heavy lifting up to 70 pounds on
a consistent basis.

This is a recruitment for a Freight Manager. This position will be
located in Bethel, Alaska. This is a full time, benefit eligible position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five years experience in customer service,
commercial aviation, logistics, marketing and/or related field. High
school diploma required with continuing education in relevant field
preferred. 49 CFR Hazmat experience preferred. Valid Alaska Drivers
License required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Head and lead an evolving and dynamic air freight
department. Network and develop relationships regionally and statewide.
Evaluate and enhance air freight services. Negotiate rate and pricing
structure. Knowledge of hazardous materials and their handling. Work
closes with customers and employees to satisfy demand for air freight.
Manage the fast and efficient flow of goods from the sender to the
receiver. Be responsible for the delivery of products ranging from
documents to consumable goods, and non-consumable goods and equipment.
Have extensive knowledge of regional and statewide modes of delivery of
goods. Be a problem solver and ensure quality customer service. Work
with other departments of the company especially with flight operations
for availability of service, flight opportunities, and flight delays.
Work closely with the freight, ramp, and operations teams to ensure that
schedules and goals are met. Maintain and enhance great customer service.

This is a recruitment for a Cash Management Specialist. This position
will be located in Anchorage at the Ravn Alaska Corporate Headquarters
building. This is a full time, benefit eligible position. Schedule to be
determined.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required with continuing
education in Accounting strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years cash
management experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Able
to work with minimal supervision in an office environment with multiple
employees and distractions. Intermediate to advanced computer skills are
required to perform this job at an acceptable standard.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Classification, recording, verification and
maintenance of numerical data for use in maintaining financial records.
Post bank activities on a daily basis. Maintain appropriate spreadsheets
and/or databases with required information related to cash management
responsibilities. Responsible for cash management of petty cash amounts
from outlying stations. Demonstrate ability to change as workload,
systems and procedures change by nature of position, organizational
structure and department needs. Must be able to meet multiple deadlines

This is a recruitment for a Computer Technician. This position will
be located in Anchorage. This is a full time, benefit eligible

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required. Detail
oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Able to
work with minimal supervision in a public setting with multiple
employees and distractions. Continuing education commiserate with
maintaining industry knowledge in the technology field sufficient
to meet the needs of the job requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Perform routine tasks to maintain computer
equipment and other peripherals. Work under immediate supervision
of the Manager of IT. Provide support to end users on a variety of
issues. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer
systems, hardware and computer peripherals on Anchorage and remote
site networks. Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and
software systems. Observe peripheral equipment and error messages
displayed on monitor of terminal to detect faulty output or machine
stoppage. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to
perform the functions of the job. Provides direct support to
SABRE network users in analyzing computer system and network
related problems. Answer staff questions in person and via
phone on all company supported applications. Troubleshoot
computer problems. Determine source of computer problems
(hardware, software, user access, etc.) Advise staff on
appropriate action. Serve as liaison between staff and the
technology department to resolve issues. Work one-on-one with
staff on application projects. Provide recommendations on
company application purchases. Document resolutions for future
reference. Perform hardware and software installations. Provide
computer orientation to new company staff. Supports and
maintains user account information including rights, security
and systems groups.
